
Magenta magic! This old brake rotor sat abandoned in our front yard for some time before it found its new home in the flower garden next to our front porch.
I saw its potential, but was in need of a fresh perspective. A conversation with my mom opened my eyes to the idea of transforming it into a stepping stone.
And I didn’t stop there. If anything, I sped up and I named this one “clouds.”

Fortunately, I had my daughter Joanna’s creative energy to tap into here —hence the polka dots…

This one does! The handle broke off last summer and the whole thing landed in the burn pile. Still, something about it drew me in and I couldn't just throw it away...
